Welcome to Legacy Lux Hair CO. By purchasing hair extensions or related products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products. Because our hair extensions are made from natural human hair, slight variations in color, texture, length, and pattern are normal and do not constitute defects.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before orders are processed or shipped. We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

Processing times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges may be considered only if:

• The hair remains unused.

• The security ties, bands, and packaging have not been removed or altered.

• The product is returned in its original condition.

• A return request is submitted within [7–14] days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, worn, washed, brushed, cut, colored, chemically processed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos or videos may be required before a replacement or exchange is approved.

7. Color and Texture Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of human hair. Variations are not considered defects.

8. Hair Care

Proper maintenance is essential to maximize the lifespan of your extensions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, excessive heat, chemical treatments, or installation performed by third parties.

9. Installation

Professional installation is recommended. We are not responsible for damage caused during installation, removal, or maintenance performed by anyone outside our business.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, product images, branding, website content, and marketing materials are the property of LegacyLuxHairCO and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties except as necessary to complete your order or as required by law.
